COVID Screening

At the PRC, the health and safety of our patients, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. Therefore, we are taking all necessary precautions by following recommendations of the CDC and local health agencies. 

Please self-screen, and do not enter the building if you:

• Are experiencing symptoms such as cough, sore throat, chest congestion, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever, rash, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell.

• Have had a positive COVID test in the last 10 days or been in contact with someone who has had a positive COVID test in the last 10 days.
